AIA-CKC and Luckett & Farley invite you to attend a special lunchtime presentation by Ms. Penny Jones, author & architectural historian, on the life and works of one of Louisville’s most prominent 19th century architects: Henry Whitestone. Whitestone (1819 – 1896) brought the Italianate style to Louisville from 1853 – 1880 and designed such buildings as the City Hall clocktower, Cathedral of the Assumption, Louisville National Bank (“Vincenzo’s”), L&N Railroad offices (“Whiskey Row Lofts”), and numerous others.

Ms. Jones is the foremost authority on Whitestone’s work and has offered to share her research with us. Seating is limited and lunch will be provided to AIA members.
