By-Laws

BY-LAWS OF AIA/CENTRAL KENTUCKY CHAPTER

In 2008, the Chapter in an effort to update our local bylaws to be more compliant with the National AIA standard bylaws, prepared and approved new chapter bylaws based on the National AIA criteria amended for local conditions.  These Bylaws were submitted to and approved by National AIA, as well as reviewed by our local council for compliance with state law.
