Luckett & Farley Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team of employee-owners. Responsible for all information technology operations and overseeing software systems, desktop applications and programming applicable to the business.
Responsible for network support, software and hardware maintenance. Troubleshoot network system problems to a positive result. Maintain 100% up time.
Responsible for internal customer service, user support, and helpdesk.
Support communication infrastructure that involves the phone system and portable hand held wireless devices.
Through research, study and professional societies, keep informed of new developments and systems as they influence the collective team.
Actively support strategic goals of the firm and understand how your actions contribute to them.
Maintain local area network; trouble shoot and correct impeding technical problems/difficulties.
Responsible for the modification and/or maintenance of the company’s website. Perform upgrades as necessary.
Participate in analysis, research and development of applications for new software and technology to enhance business operations.

Ability to properly assess and then take appropriate action to identify and solve problems- whether or not they occur during regular business hours.

Ideal Education, Registrations and Experience:
Preferred 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Proficient in Windows Server, MS Exchange and CISCO Administration.
